The plain-English terms for this website, the free Leads for Life community and the paid membership inside it.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Lead Finesse Group Ltd, trading as LeadFinesse ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16488995, registered office 261 Bolton Road, Bury, England, BL8 2NZ. By using leadfinesse.com or joining Leads for Life you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the community.
The free community
Leads for Life is hosted on Skool. Joining is free, there is no card required, and the Start Here course, the workbook, the scorecard and the community are yours to use for as long as the community runs. You also agree to Skool's own terms when you create an account there.
Premium membership
- Premium is an optional upgrade inside the community, currently $9 a month or $90 a year, billed by Skool in US dollars. Prices include any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from your Skool membership settings. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If something has gone wrong with a payment, email support@leadfinesse.com and we will sort it out. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
- We add new playbooks regularly and may change, replace or retire individual playbooks over time. If we ever close Premium, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged again.
Results
We teach a system and give you the exact words to use, but we do not run your business. Results depend on your offer, your market and whether you do the work, and we make no guarantee of clients, calls, replies or income. The results and quotes on this site are real and belong to the people named. They are examples of what members have done, not a promise of what you will do.
Your content in the community
What you post in Leads for Life stays yours. By posting it you allow us to show it inside the community, and if you share a result or a win you allow us to quote it, with your name, on this site and in our marketing. Ask us and we will remove it.
Keep it useful: no spam, no selling to other members in the comments, no sharing of other people's private information, and no posting of anything unlawful or abusive. We can remove posts or members who break this, without refund where the breach is serious.
Our content
The videos, playbooks, workbook, scorecard, prompts and message templates are ours and are licensed to you for use in your own business. Use the messages, copy the system, tell people about it. Do not resell, republish or share the course or playbooks themselves, or use them to build a competing product.
The website
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available but provide it "as is". Links to other sites, including Skool, are there for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with the community or this site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or revenue.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the community after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
