Privacy policy
The short version: this website collects nothing from you directly. If you join Leads for Life, email us, or use one of our booking pages, we hold the details you give us and use them only to run the community and reply to you.
Who we are
LeadFinesse is a trading name of Lead Finesse Group Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16488995, registered office 261 Bolton Road, Bury, England, BL8 2NZ. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. You can reach us at support@leadfinesse.com or by post at the address above.
What this website does
leadfinesse.com is a single static page. It has no sign-up forms, no accounts and no analytics or advertising trackers, and we set no cookies of our own.
Like any website, loading it sends your IP address and browser details to the services that deliver it:
- Netlify, which hosts the site and keeps short-lived server logs for security and performance.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) and unpkg, which serve the small scripts that animate the page.
These providers process that data under their own privacy policies. We do not receive it from them in any identifiable form.
Where we do hold information about you
- Leads for Life on Skool. When you join the free community or upgrade to a paid membership, Skool collects your name, email address, profile details and, for paid plans, your payment details. Skool is the payment processor: we never see your card number. We see your name, email, membership level and what you post inside the community. Skool's own privacy policy also applies.
- Booking and order pages at go.leadfinesse.com. If you book a call or buy through one of those pages, the form asks for your name, email, phone number and the details of your order, and we hold those in our CRM.
- Email and support. If you email us or use support.leadfinesse.com, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To run the community, deliver the course and playbooks, and take payment: performance of a contract with you.
- To reply to your messages, read your numbers and give you feedback inside the community: legitimate interests, which is the point of the community you joined.
- To send you emails about new playbooks, calls or offers: consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices: legal obligation.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named on this page, who act on our instructions.
Testimonials and results
The names, quotes and results shown on this site come from members who shared them in the community or sent them to us, and are shown with their agreement. If you are one of them and would like something changed or removed, email us and we will do it.
How long we keep it
Community and CRM records are kept while you are a member or a customer and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Financial records are kept for six years as UK law requires. Support conversations are kept for two years.
International transfers
Skool and some of the other providers named here are based in the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, it is protected by the providers' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under UK data protection law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. To do any of these, email support@leadfinesse.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Leads for Life is for people running a business. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change matters, we will tell members inside the community.
