Find out which stage is quietly costing you

A straight walkthrough of the whole map — Find, Connect, Close — and an honest score on where you actually are. Most people discover they're running about one and a half stages out of three.

It takes about an hour. It's free. It lives inside the community.

You keep everything, even if you never pay a penny
What an hour actually gets you

Four things you walk away with

The whole map

All three stages, laid out end to end, so you can see the shape of the thing instead of collecting tactics.

Your honest score

Rate yourself 1–10 on each stage. The low number is the one costing you money right now — and it's rarely the one you expected.

What can run itself

The specific parts of your customer-getting that AI and automation can genuinely take off you — and, just as usefully, the parts they can't.

A plan for 90 days

One page. What to fix first, second and third — in order, based on your score rather than on what someone's selling.

Roughly an hour, whenever suits you

How the hour goes

First 15 min

The reframe. Why "I need more leads" is almost always the wrong diagnosis, and what the three real problems look like in a business like yours.

Next 20 min

The map itself. Find, Connect and Close, in order, with the specific job each one does and what it looks like when it's working.

Next 15 min

The scoring exercise. You go through each stage and mark yourself honestly. This is the bit that tends to sting, and it's the bit that's worth the hour.

Last 10 min

Your 90-day order of operations, built from your own scores. Then you go and do it. There's no call booked at the end.

Setting expectations properly

What this isn't

You've almost certainly been burned by something calling itself free training. Fair. So here's what this one isn't.

Not this

  • A 90-minute advert with a pitch bolted on the end
  • A "book a call" gate before you see anything
  • A countdown timer on something that's free
  • The good part held back for the paid version
  • Six emails a day for the next month

This

  • The complete map, given away in full
  • Free the moment you join. No call, ever
  • Watch it whenever. It'll still be there
  • Enough to go and fix something on your own
  • A community you can just lurk in if you like

If you take the map, fix your worst stage yourself and never spend a thing here, that's a completely acceptable outcome. It's how most people find out whether any of this is worth their time.

Before you hand over an email address

Reasonable doubts

No. Join the community on the free tier and it's there. There's a $7/month option inside if you want the full system and the templates, but the training isn't behind it.

No. There's no call anywhere in this — not after the training, not after you join, not if you upgrade. At seven dollars a month a sales call would cost more than the customer is worth, which is rather the point.

If you sell something and need more people buying it, yes. The three stages hold whether you're a consultant sending DMs, a SaaS founder chasing activation, a clinic filling appointments or a brand emailing a list. The channel changes; the map doesn't.

About an hour, and it's split into parts so you don't have to do it in one sitting. The scoring exercise is the bit worth not skipping.

One hour. One honest answer.

You probably already suspect which stage is broken. Go and find out whether you're right.
